Any in store purchases have a five-day window for return – instore credit, or restocking fees will apply.
- Given the nature of the product we sell we do not accept returns on the following items
- Panties or teddies. Anything with a crotch.
- DVD’s.
- Boxed lingerie or hosiery that has been tampered or opened.
- ANY adult product. Meaning toys. We do not want these items back.
If it is defective, we will exchange it for the exact same item.
Again, a 5-day window for returns or defective items.
